It's awful. I have a couple NA friends on FB who have been posting non stop, and it's disgusting what is happening and the lack of coverage surrounding it.

2.5 days is plenty for DL. It's such a different experience than WDW. We typically do one day in each park and split our third day between the two hitting anything we missed or want to do again.

I have a very deep 1 instead of 11s. I just had Botox on it for the first time and it smoothed it out some, but it didn't completely get rid of it. I had 20 units. It's still noticeable. I'll give Botox another couple of tries since it's supposed to be better if you keep up with it. If it's not okay by this time next year, I'll likely explore a filler.
A friend of mine has a Botox party at her home. A doctor comes in and does it there, and there's a price break per unit. Next party is in 4 months.

Have their formulations changed much?
I have the holiday sets from 2013 and 2014 and while the colors are pretty in the pan, they wind up being a big old muddy mess on my lids, so I've kind of skipped over their shadows since then. They have some gorgeous looking palettes out now that I'm drawn to, but I don't want to pick them up and wind up frustrated with the muddiness if their formulations haven't changed.

Empties: Perricone No Foundation Foundation Serum Estee Lauder Double Wear Light foundation.
I use both foundations regularly and have/will repurchase. The Perricone serum is amazing! It's light but still gives me nice coverage without being heavy.
Urban Decay Perversion. I had a backup. I'm not sure if this one is doing it for me anymore though. I may switch it up next time to something else.

So now that I'm working for the first time in EIGHT years, I'm wearing makeup regularly again. I've had a long drought where I haven't purchased or worn much and I've forgotten how much I missed it.

I've yet to have a Prime order arrive in under a week. Last time I inquired, an exasperated CS person told me that it's two days shipping AFTER the order is processed. So if the order isn't processed for a week, that's totally okay.
It's exactly why we won't be renewing. I'm still salty that a book I order via Prime took 6 weeks to ship. I should have cancelled, but it was the principle of the matter at that point.

Yes!
I applied for a library position in my school district last year knowing I wouldn't get it, but it was still good experience. It helped me figure out what skills I needed to perfect, and when my dream job opened up in my desired building I was ready.

When he's apart from me in a public place.
Right now he has the capability to text and Facetime via his iPad if he's home, so I don't feel the need to get a phone for that same purpose just yet. When he's away at practices alone or something similar, I'll consider it.

I SAH up until this year. My son entered 3rd grade and I took a job with the school district, so our hours are roughly the same. It's the best of both worlds for me. Anyhow, I really valued that time at home during toddler/preschool/early elementary. I loved being able to take him to the zoo or children's museum, playing outside with other neighborhood kids, volunteering at his school. Obviously, you can still do that when you work but the pace felt different. I also had more time to pursue my own interests and hobbies.
I love that I had that time at home with him, but there are times when I look at little kids and think "I don't remember that age at all." It flies.
I'm so sick of this. I can't trust anyone of them. They are all sponsored, and now I'm wondering about magazines and stuff. It's changed my whole perspective.
You're wondering about magazines? You know all the beauty brands hire PR firms who's job it is to send free samples and schwag and general ass-kissing to all the beauty editors so they include their products in their "best of" spreads, right? You're not going to find anybody impartial at a magazine.
I actually worked for one (a PR firm like that) for a hot second over a summer.
Like I'm supposed to believe Good Housekeeping picked all those P&G brands as truly being the best? Because I've used those products and they SUCK.

All the time. Saw a friend from a nearby town in an airport across the country. Stepped onto an elevator at a Disney hotel and ran into my husband's friend. We constantly run into his classmates from the AF academy whenever we travel.
The one that really stunned me happened a few weeks ago. We live in a small community and I'm constantly being recognized by students whenever I go anywhere. I was across the county visiting Mount Rushmore and heard a little voice calling my name. One of my students was there.
1. Clothes that require other clothes. I'm not going to buy any more goddamned shirts that require OTHER shirts to be worn in public.
2. Clothes that are made of fabric that shows every bump.
3. Cheap cuts. Ex: My upper arms are on the larger side but they're proportional to the rest of me and if ONE MORE shirt/dress/jacket/coat cuts them off or constricts them like a sausage, I'll lose my shit. This is because people are cutting literal corners in design and fabrication, not because of my arms. Also, pants should stay in the same relative location vis a vis your ass no matter if you are sitting or standing. Skirts require darts to lay nicely, ffs.
4. Clothes made for someone else's lifestyle. The instagram lifestyle. Nothing but eating out at really hip, nice restaurants, casual low humidity patio parties with friends and canapes, and fun outings requiring sequins. I am not a navy skirt suit white button down shirts person every day, nor do I need a fucking off the shoulder lace top. I need tasteful, work appropriate clothes that don't put me and everyone else to sleep.

I can't find clothes that fit. Arm holes too small, or the fit is too clingy or too loose. If I find something that actually fits, I buy it in as many colors as I can because IDK if I'll be able to find anything else. I'm willing to pay more for a nice quality item that fits well but it's difficult.

Naked Basics is my go to travel matte palette. I can do so much with that little palette, and the hard case stands up well. I even use it for my brows.

Surgery was easy peasy. The gas is the most uncomfortable part of it all. It was hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. I had a job that required a lot of lifting and bending so I took a week off, but if it had been a desk job I would have been okay after a day or two off.
